Project Manager and Broker
  Steve Nichols is responsible for Jim Finley Real Estate day-to-day operations, overseeing leasing, property management and development. Steve is recognized for optimizing energy consumption with the use of current technology and engineering. Known not only for his practicality but also for his ability to create value, he has significantly improved JFRE properties under his leadership. Steve has 30 years of experience in management, leasing, and new development in the real estate industry. He currently offices at Park Plaza.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Oklahoma State University and an MBA from Wake Forest University awarded with distinction. WFU’s Graduate School of Management designated him a Babcock Scholar for his leadership and academic performance. Steve is a licensed real estate broker in Texas.

  Linda Votaw has been successfully leading the marketing activities for Jim Finley Real Estate since 2001. Linda is well known for keeping her offices leased up regardless of any economic challenges. Recognized for connecting people and places, Linda is able to create a sense of community for any property she is involved with. Prior to her success in the real estate industry, Linda worked for Texas A&M University managing compliance on a wide variety of government funded research projects. She currently offices at Park Plaza.

Linda’s alma mater is the University of Texas where she majored in sociology and studied the social science of business. She is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Texas.
